Lodge a Request
1 Login to empowerteams using your Active Directory or your registered SSO.
2 Click the Express Button, you will be welcomed by the Empowerteam's chat bot.
3 There are 2 ways to lodge a query:
OPTION 1 Start a conversation in Let's Talk by typing in a keyword of your query.
There are two (2) ways to lodge a query:
Key in the keyword of the service in the Tell me us what you need field.
This will open a conversation form, allowing you to choose on the services available that is similar to your keyword.
OPTION 2 Go to Request a Service and choose the service that you need.
This will again open a conversation but this time the chatbot will be more specific on the services available.
4 Choose between the last two (2) pay dates that you want to inquire about.
5 Indicate in the message box your inquiry.
6 An attachment is also available to support your inquiry. You may use photos, document and PDF files as attachments.
7 To complete your inquiry, just click SUBMIT.
8 To view lodged ticket, you can find the Channels widget on the right where you can click on a specific query.
Respond to a message
1 Select an inquiry in the Channels.
2 Type on the message box.
3 Click the SEND button
