View lodged ticket
1 Login to empowerteams using your Active Directory or your registered SSO.
2 Go to Role Toggle and switch to Payroll Role.
3 There are two (2) ways to check new notifications.
First, you can go to the Application widget on the homepage and choose Finance, then click on Payroll Services.
Another approach is by going to the dashboard. On the right, you can find the Channels widget where you can click on a specific query.
Respond to a message
1 Select an inquiry in the Channels.
2 Type on the message box.
3 Click the SEND button
Close a ticket
1 Go to the channels belt menu
2 Click the MARK AS DONE button.
3 Input the Remarks (Attachment is Optional)
4 Click the SUBMIT button.
