Salary Inquiry on Channels

1 Login to empowerteams using your Active Directory or your registered SSO.

2 Go to Role Toggle and switch to Payroll Role.

3 There are two (2) ways to check new notifications.

  • First, you can go to the Application widget on the homepage and choose Finance, then click on Payroll Services.

  • Another approach is by going to the dashboard. On the right, you can find the Channels widget where you can click on a specific query.

Respond to a message

1 Select an inquiry in the Channels.

2 Type on the message box.

3 Click the SEND button

Close a ticket

1 Go to the channels belt menu

2 Click the MARK AS DONE button.

3 Input the Remarks (Attachment is Optional)

4 Click the SUBMIT button.
