Certify
Certification is performed to lock the time logs, guaranteeing that the DTR is true, correct, accurate and final. This is performed on a previous date which has been amended. When a specific date, with clock in/out, is certified, no action can be performed on the after. So, the user has to make sure of the dates that he wants to certify, this will be the basis for payroll processing.
Single Record
Single certification may be performed after an amendment in the Time Recorder modal.
1 You may certify your DTR by going to the Time Recorder modal.
2 Go to previous shift.
3 Click Certify.
Batch Record
This may be performed on the My Attendance page. Choosing series of dates and clicking on the "Certify" button will allow you to perform batch certifications.
1 If you are sure that you've reviewed all dates, go to My Attendance.
2 Click the tick box on top to select all.
3 Click Certify
Automatically
If a user forgot to certify his daily time record by the end of the payroll cut-off, the system will auto certify the time logs.
