Call In
Call in Tardy
If expected to be Tardy to work, the employee must Call In Tardy within twelve (12) hours to 30 minutes before the Work Shift starts.Failure to call in may lead to disciplinary action.
Call In Tardy is applicable for Time-bounded Work Shifts only.
Call in Absent
If expected to be Absent due to Emergency or Sickness, Employee must Call In Absent within twelve (12) hours to 30 minutes before the Assigned Work Shift starts. Failure to call in may lead to disciplinary action.
Two types:
a. Sick Leave
b. Emergency Leave
b.1 Death in the Immediate Family
b.2 Calamities or Natural Disaster (e.g Typhoon)
b.3 Sickness or that of an immediate family member
b.4 Transport Strike
Call In Absent is applicable for Time-bounded, Semi-Flexible and Fully Flexible Work Shifts.
COMPLIANCE: Failure to Call In Tardy may lead to disciplinary action
An employee who fails to call in tardy on 3 instances per month (a month counted from the 11th of the current month - 10th of the following month), may lead to disciplinary action on the 1st offense, and may progress to higher offenses for succeeding infractions.
Instances - 3 Period - per month or 2 cut-off An employee who fails to call in absent on 1 instance per calendar year, may lead to disciplinary action on the 1st offense, and may progress to higher offenses for succeeding infractions.
Instances - 1 Period - calendar year Infraction - 3
